Terms of Use

These pages are operated by the operator of fundvana.com.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FundVana iOS app and the fundvana.com website (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Purchases in the iOS app are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Where Apple’s EULA and these Terms conflict for the app, Apple’s EULA controls for the app binary.
1. What FundVana is
FundVana is a personal retirement and financial-independence planning tool. You enter annual spending, savings, monthly additions, and return assumptions on your device. The app projects the month you may reach financial independence, progress toward a goal, what-if previews, and (with Premium) simulation odds from those assumptions. It does not use live market feeds or bank connections. FundVana is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Simulation percentages are labelled as simulations from assumptions you typed — not predictions. You are responsible for verifying numbers and decisions with qualified professionals.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian’s consent where required). The Services are not directed to children under 13.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the iOS app (as downloaded from the App Store) and this website. You agree not to misuse the Services, reverse-engineer the app except as allowed by law, or present FundVana as guaranteed outcomes or professional advice.
4. Your plan and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Projections depend on your assumptions. Export/import files you create remain under your control as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. FundVana Premium
Many features work without a subscription. Optional FundVana Premium is sold as
auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple (product IDs
com.fundvana.premium.yearly and
com.fundvana.premium.monthly).
Apple shows the live price, renewal terms, and cancellation path in the App Store and in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Restore purchases in the app if you reinstall or change devices.
Premium may include, among other features: a partner on the same plan, Monte Carlo simulation odds from your assumptions, additional what-if types, Lean / Fat / Coast / Barista FIRE modes, and the full event timeline.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WHERE ALLOWED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
